Eugene D. Roth, Esq.

Eugene was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in 1981 and spent the first decade of his career practicing corporate law. He eventually worked his way up to the position of Vice President/General Counsel for a national manufacturing company. With his unique background in both law and business, he later went on to form his own practice in 1990, concentrating on commercial litigation, bankruptcy law, corporate restructuring, real estate and tax resolution. Since forming the practice, Eugene has represented bankruptcy cases ranging from straight forward consumer cases to complex Chapter 11 matters on behalf of Debtors as well as contested bankruptcy cases on behalf of Creditors.

Eugene is one of the preeminent bankruptcy practitioners in the State of New Jersey and has been assisting clients eliminate, manage and restructure their debts for over thirty years. 

Evan A. Roth, Esq.

Associate
Evan was admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey in 2018. Prior to joining his father, Evan worked as a Student Attorney in the Community and Transactional Lawyering Clinic at the Rutgers School of Law in Newark. During his time as a student attorney, Evan helped clients in the greater Essex County area form and manage their for and non-profit business, as well as obtain 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. During his time in law school, Evan also handled several consumer bankruptcy cases with the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice. 

Since joining the firm, Evan has used his background in finance to assist and represent small businesses and corporate debtors in Chapter 11 proceedings before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey and has taken cases from inception to confirmation. He continues to specialize in all areas of bankruptcy, bank negotiation, real estate and tax resolution.
